Scope

These terms apply to all cinema tickets booked through kinoloza.de with KINOLOZA Filmkunsthaus GmbH.

Contract

Screening listings are non-binding. The contract for the selected screening is concluded when the booking is submitted and payment succeeds. The confirmation is shown in the browser and sent by email.

Prices and payment

The final prices shown at booking apply, in euro including statutory VAT. Payment is due immediately via PayPal. If payment fails, the reservation expires at the end of the hold period.

Tickets and admission

Tickets are not personal. Admission is granted at the box office with the booking reference and name. Admission is possible until 15 minutes after the start; later admission is not guaranteed.

Age ratings

FSK ratings are shown in the programme and checked at the box office. Children under six are not admitted unless the rating allows otherwise.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation is possible via tickets@kinoloza.de up to 24 hours before the screening; the handling fee is €1.50 per ticket. Later cancellations are non-refundable. If a screening is cancelled for reasons within our control, the full price is refunded.

No right of withdrawal

For tickets to a specific screening there is no right of withdrawal under § 312g (2) no. 9 BGB.

House rules and liability

The house rules apply. Liability for slight negligence is limited to foreseeable, contract-typical damage. Liability under the Product Liability Act and for intent and gross negligence remains unaffected.

Final provisions

German law applies. Should any provision be invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
